Loyd Presbyterian Church is a vibrant, caring and active congregation of 200 members and their families. Our average age is 45, which has come as a result of an intentional and effective ministry to families with children. At the same time we highly value all our members and continuously seek ways to meet the needs of members and the residents of the neighborhoods around us.

Located about 6 miles from downtown LaGrange, off Highway 29 on Glass Bridge Road, Loyd Church is proud of her mission to be a “lighthouse” to the community. The Community Building and Walking Track are well-known facilities open year round for social events and recreation in the LaGrange/ Troup County area.

Loyd Church is a member congregation of the Presbyterian Church (U. S. A.) and the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta. We actively participate in the South West Cluster, a gathering of 9 Presbyterian congregations who, for more than 30 years, have met quarterly for the purpose of strengthening our connection as Christians, and serving our Lord together by sponsoring officer training, youth confirmation classes, and Habitat for Humanity home construction.
